Verse-by-verse study through the
Bible with Pastor Skip Heitzig
Come Prepared
Study the Word Together
We want those of you who hunger for a deeper knowledge of the Word of God to become active participants in our midweek expound Bible study. We invite you to come prepared for the service, having read, studied, and meditated on the Scriptures, so that what you're learning from Skip adds to the knowledge you’ve gained throughout your week of preparation. If you have read and meditated on the text, you will be able to enter into the teaching as a participant. If you haven't read it, you are more likely going to remain a spectator.
We have formed a come prepared group to enable you to participate with other believers in preparation for the midweek teaching. As you study throughout the week, you will connect on a deeper level. Download this week's study guide.
It is our hope that each participant does a little bit each day to keep the study fresh in their mind. These very short, daily activities are intended to deepen your personal walk with Christ and deepen the sense of community on Wednesday evenings when we gather for the message.
Come Prepared Resources
There is a toolbox of resources available that will supplement our daily quiet times with the Lord: thought-provoking questions, suggested meditations, online discussions, and a weekly small group. Participate in as many or as few as you would like and come prepared!
Join the Fellowship Group
Join other participants in the come prepared group for a time of face-to-face fellowship each Wednesday before the service from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in room H2 in the HUB. All are welcome—just show up. We encourage you to bring your completed study guide so you can share your insights with the group.
